Five Simple Steps to Sponsoring

Five Simple Steps for Sponsorship
1) Notify the World Affairs Seminar office (via email, fax or mail) of the estimated number of students to be sponsored by your club to reserve places.

2) Contact your local high schools’ staff (principals, guidance counselors, social studies and foreign language teachers, etc.) to identify qualified students interested in participating in the Seminar, including International Exchange Students. 

3) Jointly determine the timeline and club procedure used for selecting students to be sponsored by your club. Both of your signatures are required on the participant application.

4) Invite selected student(s) to attend your club meetings before and after the Seminar.  They should be prepared to give a presentation about their experiences at the World Affairs Seminar.
