REQUIRED. Please complete all requested information to the best of your ability. All information is CONFIDENTIAL and will only be shared with nursing staff and staff counselors, as necessary. Click Here.
Delegate Expectations Form
REQUIRED. Each delegate participating in the World Affairs Seminar MUST read and sign this agreement prior to the seminar. Click Here.
Delegate Housing Form
REQUIRED. This form must be completed to indicate dormitory preference during the seminar. All information is kept strictly confidential. May be shared with Medical Staff. Click Here.
Delegate Transportation Reservation Form
Delegates should complete this form only if they are requesting shuttle transportation to/from Milwaukee’s or Chicago’s airport upon arrival and/or departure. Click Here.

Traditional (In-Person) Seminar Experience
For most, the preferred experience will be Traditional (in-person) attendance. Delegates will gather on-campus at Carroll University (Waukesha, Wisconsin) to learn, interact and exchange knowledge and culture.

Virtual Seminar Experience
Our Virtual Experience offers engaging online participation at a reduced cost. Virtual sessions allow participants to tune in remotely from wherever they may be around the globe.

You may be able to get help with tuition!
Schools, community groups, and local service clubs are often willing to sponsor delegates. If your school, service club, or community group is not aware of our program, please share our website and contact information with them. Or, let us know how to reach them (organization, name, contact name, club address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.) and we’ll provide them with an information packet.
Parents, Grandparents and Students
Many families who are able share in the cost of tuition, or even cover the full amount. All discounts available to clubs and organizations are available to “self pay” students.
Schools and School Districts
If you are unsure about sponsorship, approach your school guidance counselor. Often schools have funds for special offerings such as the World Affairs Seminar.
Rotary
Rotary Clubs are the biggest World Affairs Seminar sponsor in both number of clubs and number of students sponsored. Over 960 Rotary clubs have sent over 2,000 students since 1995; Sterling Heights, MI Rotary and Effingham, IL Rotary have sent over 100 students; Rotary clubs from all 50 states, the Caribbean, Canada, and Africa. Locate your local club.
Service Clubs such as Lions, Optimist, Kiwanis, Women’s Clubs, AFS and other Exchange Programs
Lions Clubs from all over the U.S. and Canada have always been avid supporters of the World Affairs Seminar. Over 300 Lions clubs have sponsored over 1,500 students since 1995. Twenty-five Optimist clubs and 127 Kiwanis clubs have sponsored over 600 students since 1995. Over 130 Women’s groups, AFS and other student exchange programs, American Legions and American Legion Auxiliaries, and other smaller organizations, clubs, and businesses have helped sponsor over 400 students from all over the world since 1995.
