World Affairs Seminar to Go Virtual for 2021

The Board of Directors of the World Affairs Seminar, in a unanimous vote, has determined that the 2021 World Affairs Seminar “Cities: Urban Life in a Changing World” will be 100% virtual. The decision was based on concerns for the health and well-being of delegates, staff, and faculty, according to Tom Plantenberg, Executive Director.

Last week, the World Affairs Seminar was recognized by Kiwanis Club of Milwaukee with the Kiwanis Hall of Fame Award. This award is given to an organization that “clearly demonstrates its commitment to the long term betterment of the Milwaukee Community, enhancing the lives of its citizens, visitors and guests.”
